Smartel offers IP telephony services to its customers as well. They can use IP Telephones provided by smartel along with the voice connection for using their telephone numbers. IP Telephones have more features than a normal POTS/PSTN Telephones and they can be installed in offices using existing Local Area Network (LAN) and have several new features like encryption of voice, Internet browsing, Caller ID etc.
